TURBOBOND Powerglue

TURBOBOND Powerglue is solvent free on Ethyl
ester or Methyl ester based cold hardening 1 - components Cyanoacrylate
adhesives, which quickly harden by way of pressure and polymerise
under humidity. TURBOBOND Powerglue bonds almost all materials together
and with each other including metals, wood, rubber, ceramics
as well as almost all synthetic materials.
Characteristics:
Simple processing, fast hardening and incredible strength. TURBOBOND
Powerglue can be used in combination with TURBOBOND Filler, TURBOBOND
Activator Plus and TURBOBOND Primer Plus. The best bonding results
are achieved at room temperature. The hardening times may vary depending
on the type of material, from a few seconds to several minutes.
Maximum strength has been reached after approx. 5 hours.
Application:
The surface of the materials to be bonded should be dry, free of
rust, dust and grease.
For previously glued parts, the old adhesive should be removed using
TURBOBOND Solvent Debonder.
The TURBOBOND Powerglue is to be applied thinly on one side only.
Do not brush on.
Without pressure a correction is possible for a moment.
By way of contact pressure (oxygen withdrawal) the hardening process
is started.
Leave the bonded parts rested and unmoved for a few minutes.
Some materials have a different hardening time.

Warning reference:
Keep out of reach of children.
Only use in well ventilated areas.
Do not swallow.
Avoid inhaling vapours.
Keep away from skin and eyes.
Liability:

Opening:
When opening tubes or bottles, hold away from your face.
Storage:
Keep tube or bottle tip clean, to guarantee further adhesive processes.
Keep bottle closed after use.
After use keep vertically in a refrigerator or in a dark and cool
place.
On adhesive products, which where stored correctly, we give a one
year quality assurance.
Size:
Available in a 4g Tube or 10g, 20g, 50g Bottles.

4. Instructions on how to use the POWERDROP APPLICATOR
turn and take off the complete Needle Cap
break off the distance ring
Replace the Needle Cap by turning the cap onto the tube without
the distance ring
The membrane of the Hard Tube Applicator will open automatically
turn and take off the top part of the Needle Cap
apply adhesive by gently squeezing the Hard Tube Applicator
A major advantage of the Hard Tube Applicator when doing this, is
that a slight “suck
back” effect is achieved which gives precise control of the
adhesive flow
close Hard Tube Applicator by guiding the yellow needle into nozzle
turn the Top on tightly the complete unit is reliably closed and
resealed again. |
